We collect the details you provide at account creation — name, email, date of birth — plus transaction records from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. We do not sell this data to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookie Use

Our cookies keep your session active, remember your preferred language and region, and help us measure which pages you find useful. You can adjust cookie preferences from the settings panel at the foot of any page.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. We enforce two-factor authentication for withdrawals and flag logins from unrecognised devices with an email alert sent to your registered address before access is granted.

Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for the period required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Once the retention period ends, records are deleted from live systems and queued for secure purge from backups.

Your Correction Rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where local law entitles you to do so. Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Request' to start the process.

Policy Change Notices

When we update these terms in a material way, we send an email to your registered address at least seven days before the change takes effect. Continued use of your account after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Applicable law depends on your location. Access and eligibility are subject to local law in your region. Where local law permits use of k13x, the terms published on this page apply to your account and any disputes arising from it.

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject 'Data Request'. We will confirm receipt within one business day and deliver your data package within 30 days, as required by applicable privacy regulation.

You can request deletion where local law entitles you to do so. Some records — particularly transaction logs from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe activity — must be retained for the period the law requires before they can be removed.
